Angela Garcia

Angela Garcia founded the Garcia Law Office to serve victims of personal injury accidents with integrity and understanding. She helps both English and Spanish speaking clients in their most desperate time of need. Practicing personal injury law, Angela Garcia helps clients who have suffered injuries pursue negligent parties that cause accidents. Clients have come to rely on Angela for her unwavering commitment to pursuing justice and her compassionate and patient legal advice on complex issues. Angela attended Texas A&M University where she graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Economics and a minor in business.

Angela then attended law school at the South Texas College of Law Houston, where she was an active member of the Hispanic Law Students Association. During her time in law school, Angela had a number of clerkships and internships, including working for Houston's oldest personal injury law firm, Abraham, Watkins, Nichols, Sorrels, Agosto & Friend. She also learned and gained experience while serving as a law clerk for Justice Gina M. Benavides at the Thirteenth Court of Appeals and a legal intern at the Fort Bend District Attorney's Office.

After graduation, Angela returned to Abraham, Watkins, Nichols, Sorrels, Agosto & Friend, focusing her practice on helping car accident victims. She then joined Lam, Lyn & Philip, P.C., where she worked on complex commercial litigation issues.

Establishing Garcia Law

Angela founded the Garcia Law Office, PLLC in 2013. She primarily focuses her legal practice on personal injury litigation, representing and fighting for individuals who have suffered injuries due to the misconduct of others, including motor vehicle accident and workplace accident victims. Angela speaks fluent Spanish, which allows her to better serve her community and her clients.

Angela regularly volunteers in her community, particularly in the East End area of Houston and she currently serves as a mentor to a child through the R.I.S.E. program in the Pearland School District. Angela was named a Leader of the Future by Latino Leaders Magazine and was a speaker at the inaugural National Hispanic Pre-Law Conference and Law Fair. From 2015 to 2016, Angela served as President of the Hispanic Bar Association of Houston, and continues to serve on the Board of Directors today. She is a member of the Houston Bar Association, Mexican American Bar Association of Houston, and American Bar Association.
